- FRIDAY, FEB. 5TH
Bhangra nights: Thank you guys for coming. This time Bhangra Nights was even bigger than Fall 09. If you missed it, stay tuned for other ICA parties!!
- WEDNESDAY, FEB. 10TH
Rasoi (all profit goes to HAITI relief): Thanks to your donations and support, ICA raised more than $800 for HAITI.
- SUNDAY, FEB. 28TH
Antakshri : As a tradition, ICA hosted an awesome singing game show.
- FRIDAY, MAR. 5TH
Nerf Gun Tournament w/ CSA : This year we got together with CSA and held a Nerf Gun Tournament. It was a thrilling event, and winners got to keep there guns in addition to other prizes.

- Freshmen Jamboree
3oth August (7 pm – 9 pm) @ Union Building
School has finally started! Are you a bit lost or confused? Do you want to meet some new people and get to know more Indian people? Well,start the year off right! It’s the 1st ICA event this semester!! Come meet the ICA Board and meet some other Indian freshmen too! Get to meet some people who might be in your classes! You’ll also get tips from upperclassmen! It’s ALL free! They’re will be lots of games, food, and fun
So come out and have fun!
- India Vs. Pakistan Cricket match screening
September 20th(7 am- 4 pm) @ Jester Auditorium
Watch the chaos hail down upon the earth in Jester Auditorium when India and Pakistan face off in an ODI. Samosas will be served while they last. This event will be held in association with LCC(Longhorn Circket Club) and PSA(Pakistani Students Association).
October 9th(10:30 pm) @ RCC Lounge on 5th and Lavaca
The first and the best Bhangra and hip hop party in town! This is one ICA event nobody wants to miss. Set to be held at the RCC Lounge on the 9th of October at 10:30 pm. DJP will be playing all his best till the cops crash theparty!!!
October 19th-23rd(11 am- 2 pm) @ West Mall
A week long event held on campus, this is ICA’s community service week. All proceeds go to Pratham International, which in turn are directed towards increasing literacy in India. Also come munch on the food from Bombay Bistro at Rasio: An Indian Kitchen!
November 6th(6 pm – 10 pm) @ Hogg Auditorium
The Indian Cultural Association is putting together its signature event for the year. Appropriately–and in continuing with our nine year tradition–we have named the event “Jhalak”. The evening will be characterized by various performances in the arts from regions across India.

November 24th(7 pm - 8 pm) @ Business School Atrium
Not going home for Thanksgiving? Come spend it with your favorite ICA Executive Board Officers! Get some tasty food that WILL remind you of home.
